Why don't other publishers offer their arrangements
as Finale files? As far as we know, we're the only sheet
music company that does - please feel free
to edit the arrangements any way you want!
Is the key too high or low? Change it! Want
to repeat the chorus one more time? Cut and
paste it!
By the way, you don't have to buy the expensive version of Finale - less expensive versions, like
Allegro, PrintMusic and SongWriter will open
and edit the music. The free NotePad will
open the files and change key, but will not
preserve the spacing of the layout (still
readable, just not neat and pretty.) Here's a list of all the Finale products

is available in
the Finale MUS format. Sibelius 3 will also open the Finale MUS file format.
